THE COMPANY & THE MODEL

Built globally. Controlled where you operate.

No country supplies a completely independent AI stack. SovereigntyBox qualifies technology globally and combines Taiwan integration capacity, Canadian contracting and local service into one accountable system. We document origin and dependencies, coordinate delivery through qualified partners, and place control of the deployed runtime, keys, model routes and update authority with the customer.

FIG. D5 — TAIWAN → CANADA → LOCAL OPERATOR → CUSTOMER-OWNED

Taiwan is an important supply and integration anchor, not an origin-purity claim or the only possible route. Canada can anchor contracting and customer trust; a local operator can provide in-jurisdiction service; the customer-owned deployment remains the runtime anchor. The legal seller, integrator, warranty owner, key holder and governing terms are named on each quote. Incorporation or attestation alone does not create sovereignty.

ANTI-DEPENDENCY

Judge every dependency by what it can reach, change or interrupt.

Recent trade, export-control and technology-policy changes have made foreign dependency an operating concern. The same test applies regardless of country or vendor: can an outside party access the data, change the software, revoke service, restrict supply or legally compel the operator? Hardware origin, provider jurisdiction and operating control remain separate and are disclosed accordingly.

BUYER SETS ACCEPTABILITY

Document every dependency, then decide what is acceptable.

We do not decide what counts as sovereign for every buyer. Each deployment records component origin and external control, and the buyer applies the standards of its own jurisdiction, regulator and risk policy.
