How SovereigntyBox fulfils an order

SovereigntyBox’s proposed operation combines AI-led e-commerce and fulfilment, a software and services stack, and the Taiwanese PC hardware supply network. Halo AI coordinate the customer journey; partners build, test, ship and support the systems.

What the customer receives

A configured system, a Halo AI, unit-specific evidence, an approved handover and ongoing support. Attestation describes measured facts about a particular configuration and its exceptions; it is not a universal guarantee.

What IDP extracts

Intelligent document processing (IDP) extracts parts, costs and lead times from supplier paperwork, with links to the original pages. On the delivered system it processes the customer’s approved documents for their Halo AI. Extracted fields are checked before use; they do not replace supplier confirmation, test evidence or customer acceptance.

What is illustrated

This film depicts the intended end-to-end business model. It does not place supplier orders, ship hardware, issue attestations or provision a customer system. Supplier arrangements, tests and delivery commitments must be confirmed for each actual order.

The applications stay in use

Commerce, procurement, build, shipping and support applications keep their own operational records. The Halo AI connects the order across them, adds source-linked document knowledge and coordinates the work. The delivered customer Halo AI likewise works with the customer’s approved applications.

Existing applications may be local or externally hosted. The intended private model and document knowledge stay under the business’s control; approved connections share only the information needed for the work.

The customer controls activation, private data access and ongoing service permissions. The public buying agent does not acquire continuing private access by default.
