Coastline’s service back office

Coastline Heating is a fictional HVAC service business. Its existing field-service software keeps the jobs, schedule and technician reports; supplier and accounting tools handle their own records. A local Halo AI uses IDP to read manuals, warranties and job sheets, coordinates the routine back office and supplies context across the approved connections. Technicians perform and sign off the physical work. This film illustrates an intended workflow; it does not dispatch a technician, order parts or issue a real invoice.

The Halo AI links existing applications

Intelligent document processing (IDP) supplies checked fields linked to their original pages. The Halo AI brings these together with the existing applications and coordinates work through approved connections. Native applications record the actual jobs, transactions and results.

What stays private

The intended local deployment keeps the model, document knowledge and work context on hardware the business controls. Existing apps may be local or hosted elsewhere; only the information authorized for each task goes to them. Actual connections and the deployment boundary must be tested.
